Lead Times
Current lead times are 1-5 business days. We typically ship out all orders placed though out the week every Monday, although some weeks the shipping date may change depending on our schedule. Sometimes during busy times we will ship out multiple times during the week. Orders will not be held longer than 5 business days, most of the time the lead times are only a couple of days.
Candadian Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates depend on location, and are in addition to our lead times. Most addresses in Canada take 1-3 business days to be delivered after the order is shipped, but some addresses that are more rural, or in Eastern Canada, could take up to 5 business days. If a physical street address is used in the shipping details, the order will ship via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. If a PO Box is used in the shipping details, we are limited to only using Canada Post.
United States Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates depend on location, and are in addition to our lead times. Most orders to the United States ship via UPS Standard and take 3-5 business days to be delivered after the order is shipped. UPS needs a physical street address to deliver. If a PO Box is used, we would need to ship the order via USPS and delivery time is usually delayed. For some low value orders, a USPS flat rate option may be available, and this option typically takes 8-10 business days to be delivered.
Shipping From Amazon Warehouses
Sometimes we will ship our products to our customers in Canada and the U.S. directly from an Amazon warehouse. This shipping method is limited to certain products sold on the Amazon marketplace such as Tarps, Guyline, Tent Stakes, Stove Jacks, Etc. Shipping from an Amazon warehouse is usually quicker than shipping from our location, so we will usually choose this option if it is available. If an order is shipped out of Amazon, a tracking number will be sent to your email separately.
International Shipping
We ship world wide, but due to rate differences we ask you to contact us for a shipping estimate first. Let us know what you would like to order, and a full shipping address, and we can respond with a shipping quote prior to placing the order. Orders ship via UPS or DHL shipping, and usually take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Most orders to Europe will cost between 30-50 USD. Orders to Australia & New Zealand cost in the 40-70 USD range.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you have a trip planned and need your order 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, please make a note in “notes” section while placing the order letting us know you need the order for a specific date. This will act as a reminder to us that your order needs to be shipped as soon as possible. If you need your order in 2 weeks or sooner please Contact Us to discuss shipping options. Sometimes it is possible to decrease the lead time. Sometimes express shipping options are an option for an extra fee, but we look at these on an order by order basis.
